  Dignity Memorial has handled two funerals for my family in the past 18 months, of which the most recent was in November 2021. On both occasions, Dignity Memorial went beyond our expectations. Ms. Kennedi Syphax, the Funeral Director, who handled both funerals, was very professional, courteous, informative, respectful and understood our needs very quickly. She was a comforting face during these extraordinarily difficult times as we buried our mother and our beloved sister within a very short time of each other. She anticipated our needs and made suggestions and basically walked us through the whole painful process in a gentle, kind and comforting manner. Kennedi has an eye and attention to details. We were pleasantly surprised to see how well she had organized the flowers for the graveside service in addition to the organization of the service in the Chapel. We had been so comfortable with her when she handled our mother's funeral that it was a no brainer to request her services when our sister passed away. Thank you, Kennedi, for making a very painful and difficult process easier to bear. Marie-Helene
